Hi, I’m Jemma, the founder of Vantage Assist – a UK based Virtual Assistant and Operations Manager with over 12 years experience supporting senior leaders in complex, fast moving environments. My background spans legal, regulatory and media settings, where trust, discretion and strong systems were essential.
I bring a considered, thoughtful approach to support, with a focus on clarity, ease and quiet efficiency. I’m at my best behind the scenes – creating structure, simplifying processes and keeping everything running smoothly so work feels lighter and decisions feel easier.
